Decathlon® F Performance Lubricants
Decathlon F synthetic oil is an extreme pressure lubricant formulated to meet the exacting demands of enclosed gear systems including differentials, transmissions and industrial gearboxes. The properties of the synthetic (PAO) base oils reduce friction and power consumption when compared to petroleum based oils. It is a fixed formulation fluid in group IV PAO base oil (synthetic) for use in Flender’s helical bevel and planetary gear units. Designed to perform under adverse conditions such as heavily loaded gears, shock loading, and frequent reversing action.

DEMULSIFIABLE - readily separates from water.
ANTIFOAM - protects seals and keeps operating temperatures low by breaking up entrapped air bubbles as they form.
APPLICATIONS:
Ideal for use in wind turbine gearboxes, cranes, mining machines, crushers, and extruders. It can also be used on gearboxes that are affected by a nearby heat source, such as in the glass or steel Industry. Use in the gearboxes on Bucyrus equipment that have been manufactured by Flender.

- Meets Flender specification of 6/12/2005 Rev. 9. Meets the performance requirements of extreme pressure lubricants of the American Gear Manufacturer's Association (AGMA) specification 9005-D94 "Lubrication of Industrial Enclosed Gearing." Also meet U.S. Steel Specification 224 and DIN 51517-3 requirements.
